Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which My Spa Expert ltd. provides service to its
clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before
booking any treatment.

1. Information

Please acknowledge that by paying a booking fee to My Spa Expert you confirm that you have read and agree to the below Terms and Conditions.
We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment. This includes those with severe allergies. If you book an appointment and are
deemed medically unfit on the day we are unable to refund your booking fee. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether you are medically fit for treatment.

2. Appointments and cancellations

All therapists are trained and approved by the company’s treatment protocols and therefore My Spa Expert does not guarantee continued treatment with a named therapist. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 077077288008. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange with 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the treatment from your plan or the application of a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged at £30 for appointments. Failure to not arrive for an appointment without notifying us will result in complete loss of the treatment from your treatment plan. Please arrive for your appointment on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. My Spa Expert will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Failure to follow the guidelines may result in the cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees
being charged. No children under the age of 16 years are permitted within the clinic at any time.

3. Credit card details, deposits and payments

To secure an appointment with My Spa Expert deposit may be required. For each appointment, a deposit of £30 is required.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future
treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity My Spa Expert reserves the right to withhold the deposit? These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing package of treatment. Special Offers or discounted pricing quotes are valid until stated on the offer or for 1 month from quotation only.

4. Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In cases of a change in suitability, a credit note or gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash.

5. Treatment suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If not, we will inform you as to
the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable. My Spa Expert reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems the client unsuitable at any stage.

6. Retail Product Purchases

For hygiene and safety reasons products purchased are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Modification of the service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Liability

My Spa Expert will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or any other
special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides My Spa Expert with all relevant medical details before each treatment. My Spa Expert will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, My Spa Expert regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit My Spa Expert’s liability for any personal injury resulting from My Spa Expert’s negligence.

9. Force Majeure.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts
beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God (such as but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods, disease or famine), acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer
facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties or civil unrest.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of such an occurrence, My Spa Expert agrees to make a reasonable faith effort to perform its obligations.
In the event of a government-enforced closure of the clinic, or reduction in services, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, treatments will be postponed
accordingly. My Spa Expert is not obliged to offer compensation or refund of deposits, vouchers, prepaid treatments or treatment courses due to a delay in treatment due to Covid-19 closures.

10. Your right to complain

My Spa Expert endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter
about your treatment at My Spa Expert, you are entitled to complain, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making
your complaint, My Spa Expert will be pleased to help. The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the
details to the Clinic Director or their designated deputy. You will receive a letter/email within seven days of lodging the complaint that an investigation
into the matter is underway. During the investigation, My Spa Expert may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the clinic’s Director will review your case.

11. Disclaimers

My Spa Expert takes every care possible to ensure that product and treatment descriptions, associated clinical trials and all other information is correct at the time of treatment. However, though every effort is made to ensure such accuracy, My Spa Expert reserves the right to not accept complaints regarding treatment, where photographs before treatment have been refused/or not taken, because of lack of evidence.
